Declaration of loss

You live in Kenya or in a district covered by the Honorary Consulate and You have lost your passport or national identity card and wish to establish a declaration in order to obtain another document. The consulate in collaboration with the DGDN offers you the possibility of making the said declaration from your home with complete reliability.

Documents required

  • The togolese passport
    One (01) copy of the Togolese passport with a long stay visa in Kenya or in another country within the jurisdiction of the consulate
  • The birth Certificate
    One (01) copy of the original Birth Certificate
  • The certificate of residence
    One (01) certificate of residence (Water, electricity, gas or telephone bill bearing the name of the applicant)
  • The passport photo
    A passport photo on a white background
  • The set-up costs
    The set-up costs coupled with the costs of return by Courier Express
